though its techno, it would fit in a progressive or trance or perhaps a good house set .. 1 of the best piano tunes ever!

BT comes to mind. Lots of piano in BT tracks.
Check out This Binary Universe for great piano music without vocals. All of the songs on the album contain breathtaking piano solos. Dynamic Symmetry is the most interesting to me, but you can't lose with any of tracks.
My favorite BT piano moment is the sequence at the end of Solar Plexus. Beautiful.
