Educated as an Architect/Artist but I got so Archi-turtured in NYC that I opened up my own business (Big & Tall Store type) with my brother in Europe and its finally starting to do very well. I returned to NYC this spring after a few years in Europe.

..but I am also turning 30 in Feb. of 2007 and I decided that this year I will party close as how I use to in NYC back 10 years ago. After 15 years of non-stop EDM following in clubs & raves I think its time to close that chapter after my birthday and live a normal life with my wife and child and go out to club once a month.

BTW. on my birthday I am gonna close some club or a huge lounge for a weekend 72 hour marathon party with lots of NYC DJs. SOme of you know who you are. I'll detail info with invites closer to the take off date. :tongue3

...and I am planning to make it free with open bar all weekend. :thepirate

permits have no effect to closed parties, once you start letting the public in, then you need a permit. i think he's talking more of a private party where he rents out the place for a weekend type of party...maybe a loft at that =)

kid nyce, you took the words out of me before I can start replying. Yes, my party is a total write off unless the IRS boogie man notices that I am writing off a party that happens right around the corner from my birthday. :toothless

PvDoBseSSioN, Cops can't do to me but ask me lower the music volume when I show them rented space contract even at a club or a lounge. The club isn't selling alcohol after 4am and you keep on drinking yourself to death with me per say while kid nyce cracked out rolled in his sleeping bag in the corner like at a all weekend rave upstate 10 years ago because I decided to close a the place up for the weekend and bought all the liquor for the weekend.

BAM :stongue:
