I could suggest a few places... although your best bet is to get a place within walking distance of the event... It is next to impossible to get a cab during octoberfest. Srsly... I have had to walk miles drunk in freezing rain before... not fun. |

is your first post where you will be going?
There is a four points right on Frederick Street downtown KW which wouldn't be so bad. Depending on how much you want to spend of course.
Even though I live in this city, I rarely know where anything is. I don't go out in the city here at all. :( |

| Unless you have already booked a hotel then good luck finding one....especially downtown. I would suggest that a kind hearted TA would be your best bet |

I love schwaben.. my birthday tradition is to celebrate the last saturday there.
Tickets for the last saturday at schwaben sold out 2 weeks ago. |

Tickets for a lot of places will be sold out already I imagine. Concordia club sell out in May from what I have heard :sadgreen: |
