Im a big fan of the legally getting music. I have an itunes store account and all that jazz.. sheesh ill even grab a cd at best buy if i like the music enough. However when it comes to trance, rave, and other forms of technoy goodness i listen too i have no clue how to go about findig/searching for new songs.

Where do you guys find your songs or hear about them.

trackitdown.net/, audiojelly.com/, dance-tunes.com/, beatport.com/, are mp3 d/l stores that have samples of tons of edm. you just have to register a quick membership and then buy the tracks w/a credit card.

dancerecords.com/ is an online record store with a lot of samples as well.

discogs.com/ is a great resource for searching artist info, discography and album tracklists & info.

gemm.com/ is a good site to order edm albums, records, singles etc.

I myself browse the samples sites a lot and search other releases by an artist I like and also look at the artists who remixed the track & their releases.

edit: also check this mp3 site: www.vonyc.com/
