The follow up to the d.2, 4 channel mixer with firewire, 2 filters, backlit EQ knobs, selectable pre-EQ/post fader switches, and a possible upgrade with timecode controlling software (Mixvibes 6). Should be available early(ish) next year.

Apparently they're trying to make an alternative to Rane's TTM57SL, so at the moment it's looking like it should be in the region of $1400 with the time code software/firewire card included.
