Agoria (well, some of their stuff)

When I think Minimal Techno, I think Ritchie Hawtin.
But I don't know if that's the kind of material you're looking for.

specifically looking for stuff with a sound like this:
From 7:16 and on (the rest of the track is pretty bad, and the video is just messed)

try these guys:

Kristian Littmann

Adam Marshall listen to (http://www.newkanada.info/am_maximal_mix.mp3)

the whole border community folks (james holden and nathan fake and co) (http://www.bordercommunity.com/) that resemble that sound.especially with Holden's new style, there are many tracks on Holden's "At The Controls" mix that kind of fall into that sound you're describing. downtempo groovy minimal techno.
Cosmic Fur
I always thought that Aphex Twin was ambient DNB? Anyway, for some reason 'The Art Of Noise' comes up in my head as a similiar artist. Download 'Something Always Happens (Doc Scott remix)' and 'Opus 4' by them. I'd recommend those tracks.
