* Sevilla forced the overtime with a header of Palop (the goalkeeper) in the 94 minute. A must see.
Wow, that's brilliant!

4. Espanyol - Benfica (even though yesterday's game wasn't that brilliant and Moretto decided to give away a goal, the lousy git)
My bets.

My opinion, whoever wins between Seville vs Tottenham will win it all...

I'd take Sevilla over spurs. Spurs are poor away from home and I think sevilla can capitalise on that. Plus they travel fairly well, which gives them hope at the scum stadion

If Sevilla plays concentrated (unlike vs Shakhtar at home) it's very difficult to take a good result on their field. By the way, I think that the winner of this matchup will go to Hampden Park (great for UEFA Cup, such a legendary stadium): don't see Osasuna or Leverkusen strong enough.
I go with Espanyol in the tournament (they're still unbeaten, but they're in the strongest side of the bracket), specially after what happened in 1988 final...
K.I.K.E.
AZ Alkmaar - Werder Bremen (0-0)/(1-4)
Bayer Leverkusen - Osasuna (0-3)/(0-1) Sevilla - Tottenham (2-1)/(2-2) Espanyol - Benfica (3-2)/(0-0)
Now, semifinals:
Espanyol - Werder Bremen
Osasuna - Sevilla
- Espanyol is unbeaten in UEFA Cup, but I think that Werder is too much.
- If Sevilla plays at 100%, Osasuna is no rival in a 2-leg clash, even knowing the navarres' style, that causes problems to Sevilla.

a werder vs sevilla final sounds pretty damn good imo.

Yes would be great! I think Sevilla will make it for sure and if Bremen plays at their normal level they should have no problems.
But isn't it funny: There are 3 english teams in the CL-Semi-Finals and 3 spanish teams in the UC-Semi-Finals.
:p

the 'big' bundesliga clubs don't seem to have done well this year. I was disappointed in Schalke, Dortmund & Hamburg

2 balls on the post, one goal missed less than a meter away from the goal line... and Benfica played like e today. What a surprise.
Oh, yeah, and Espanyol shoud've been awarded a penalty. But let's not say that out loud.
