definately NOT worth checking out. hate her "new" style. i miss the old hard bangin barbara.

dude, she was just as good as loco dice if not better that night...she played a bunch of tunes from her current album. You suck! :P you just want the old barbara back...but how can you not like the new one...she plays stuff you like.

and when i mean my wife...there is no physical attraction ! lol. Sash...I know you love blu...but for me, compared to other female deejays she doesn't compare :)

thats a negative for me. i thought Loco Dice was phenominal that night. he played more minimal and GOOD minimal. barbara played more tech-house bull like wut every other dj plays. good, but not as good as the bangin barbara that i know. so again, not worth my $20.

I can't really see banging techno going down with such strict fashion codes...Carl Cox spun there so I guess it happens.

How is the sound system at London? Decent?

It will be a dressed up crowd
The sound will be bad
She will NOT be spinning hard techno...but she doesn't spin electro house like "every other DJ" as someone commented - I can see why, at this is london, different music sounds pretty much the same though.

Comparing Sydney to Barbara is like comparing apples to...ham? Not even oranges.

I don't miss either really, however, TIL is not a sufficient substitute....It's not meant to be though.

like wut every other dj plays? Dude, what are you on? I have never heard another deejay play Andrea Bertolini - My Wav...same with Trentemoller's Beta Boy...or most of the songs she dropped. The only repeat song I heard her play was the "ripper farts" that loco dropped earlier on... I've been to alot of parties this year and I've rarely heard similar stuff. pffft.
