Ok so since this thread is about the handicaped, this pic belongs here too:

Come to think of it, a separate stall (or a separate bathroom completely, no doubt) wouldn't be such a bad idea for the mentally handicapped as well.

These would include people who talk on their cell phones while pinching out a loaf, guys who want to talk to you while you are at the urinal, people who refuse to courtesy flush, and anyone who enters with a "popped collar".

Ever notice how some of the handicapped stalls have better flushers on the toilet? Its like they get the TurboFlush 9000 on those things... its tlike, they feel bad enough being handicapped, don't embarras them by clogging the damn thing too!

Handicap washrooms arnt used by the handicaps....thery are spare emergncy washrooms for non handiaps. duh.
