Part of the healing process for them, I guess. They're making it into a pasture.
Kind of like when Forrest Gump had Jenny's father's house knocked down in the movie.
Also, while there are things about the Amish that annoy me, watching them create an entire building in one day is pretty impressive. You should see how fast those people build a barn, and I'd expect nothing different for a small schoolhouse. |
