So My friends got married back in June. They used to have a condo, but they decided to sell the condo back in early 2004 to save for thier wedding. Well they move in with his mother. He was unemployed 1/2 this time & she also lost her job. But she collected unemployment & also worked for me 30 hours a week for some extra cash. He finally got a job working at a company i used to work for, doing the same position i was at when i was 20. He was 28. :wtf: He worked there a year & then he got fired a couple months b4 thier wedding, but the wedding still happened cause her dad gave em $10k to help. Well they made according to them $28k off the wedding. But both of them had bad credit, so after they went nuts & spent $10k plus on clothes/jewelry& a honeymoon in CHICAGO:wtf: they used the rest to pay off bills & help get thier credit going cause now is the time to buy a house. Well now its almost 4 months that they have been married. Still living in his mothers tiny upstairs bedroom. 3 house attepts later with no bank willing to take the risk to give them a loan, they still think that they can get a house. Supposedly he finally got a job making $70k a year which means $35k a year in reality cause he exagerates, but still bills up the ass from upsidedown car & credit card payments & living in a tiny bedroom with no a/c. I feel so bad cause they are my good friends & i truely want the best for them, but i think they are still living in denial. Im tempted to offer myself as a co-signer cause i love them as a brother & sister, but it might not be a good idea.
Oh ya his new thing is that he is gonna start buying forclosed houses & selling them. :wtf: :wtf: :wtf: |
