I have kind of gathered that by not going out to dance parties until I was about 22-23 I have kind of missed a heap of memorable parties, I guess thats the proce you pay for keeping your innocence a little longer ;)

Maybe its better that I didnt go to the docks because I dont have to sit here saying it wont be as good before I've even been there ;)

even if you did go, you would not be able to compare a shindig at metro compared to a festival at the docks

Those were the days Charlee, but emphasis on the word 'were'
Haha, I think it's funny that big events seem to have gone in reverse. We should have started at the Rod Lavers/Metro etc and ended up at the Docks now.

the first music festival i ever went to was Gatecrasher, wont forget it.

haha Charlee far from innocent now are you?

Gatecrasher Red

^^^ my fave :)

what was the lineup at GC 1999, der dritte raum, binary finary, union jack, art of trance? or is that TT 1999?

late 1990s parties always have that sense of 'another world' when you entered the shed... the vibe was just amazing, everyone, and i mean ING EVERYONE was off their heads, and even if you going in straight, the 'contact high' will keep you going for the entire night!! :)

Yep GC 99
What an absolute crazy time!

^^^ when there was always a docks party in every 3 weeks, it sure was!! :)

back then you can fill a whole shed with people, with only someone like dave seaman on the lineup for example, and it will still be packed at the rafters.. :D

Haha, it was a big enough buzz just parking the car out there before going in. Most of us used limp back to the car after 'dance cramp'
