A little backstory here.
Back in 2000, I randomly came across trance on FM radio here. I'd never heard anything like it before then and it captivated me at that very moment. Later in 2002, I happened to find another show like it that seemed like live parties streaming on FM radio. I came across these tapes just recently and one song in particular got to me.
I recorded it via mic with the tune playing from my cassette player so the quality is quite crap but good enough to hear it. I've asked someone who's usually the best at IDing old trance tunes and even he wasn't able to ID this amazing tune.

It's pretty much the whole tune that was played so hopefully one of you can help me out. Any info is appreciated including artist, title, label, year, etc.
