well the first announcement made today;
here's my rundown/opinion:
Tool (USA) would only see for the experience - that is, the drumming and full on sound.
Muse (UK) worth seeing, even if the latest album is well overdone.
The Killers (USA) off, you guys sound like meatloaf.
Peaches (Canada) she would be pretty funny :)
Violent Femmes (USA) no.
My Chemical Romance (USA) my fringe is no longer long enough.
Spank Rock (USA) worth seeing, but got no idea beyond 2 singles ive heard
Jet no, not now, never. just die already.
Eskimo Joe see Jet.
Scribe (NZ) whatevs. you made one good track that was used for A-league promotion.
The Sleepy Jackson yes, worth seeing indeed.
Evermore (NZ) see Jet. actaully, worse. Fairy retards.
The Herd Aussie Hip Hop is a joke, but you guys made one or 2 good tracks. Still a no tho.
The Spazzys Please die. Now.
so unless there is more good Aussie bands playing (not Wolfmother), I might go.
What about you tranceheads? |

would go for them alone. maynard is one of the best singers ever, awesome drumming, awesome riffs, thoroughly interesting lyrics. one of the best metal bands of all time.

Been following the rumors and a fair few of them seem to be true. Was hoping the chilli's might get guernsey.
Tool is enough alone alright, Muse would be good but they sure need another massive band to get me to pay for it. The Killers i don't mind but not the right place to see them, bettwer off at a side show not the big open space of the BDO. |

Melb is at Princes Park again next yr, shame but I guess they don't want thousands of emo kids destroying the pretty new showgrounds
Will definitely be there again :) |

Are you serious? Besides TOOL, that's the test lineup I've ever seen!
BDO has lost the plot!
Where are all the real quality metal bands like there used to be!
