Sunday - wife's maternal side of the family thanksgiving
Monday - Dinner with my folks

in reality i probably wont make it up unless i find someone from niagara to go with or somewhere to crash in TO to get some rest.
both above parties would be amazing for some pre-bday(oct11) partying!
im still bummed Dragonfly has no DJ lined up for oct11... i have a bad feeling that the dragonfly wednesday is slowly dying :( |

all i'm looking forward to right now is a whole day at the spa to nurture my broken body. i haven't even thought past tomorrow. too much work :( but a drive up north would do the soul some good as well to enjoy the indian summer before the great white blanket hits.
...lee burridge sounds good though. never been to footwork & haven't seen lee since easter a few years ago at stereo where him & craig richards served me champagne & orange juice while spinning easter eggs on the turntables. craig was my first dj of the underground scene i fell in love with @ fabric/ london ...so discovering lee was not too far behind ... perhaps it's time to revisit the 'tyrant' good old times & get my nose outta the books. ***siiiigh |

As for the weekend...
We are haveing our SOUTH MEETS NORTH TOUR beginning Thursday. The great Duo, Jenn and Terry, are heading up from NC to celebrate their wedding anniversary and Guv's as well. MAybe some OTHER american would like to join us, *cough, grinder, cough* ;)
Friday...we are having an "American Feast", by them, whatever that involves :nervous: j/k
Saturday...work 7-5 then dinner on the Danforth
Sunday... chill, Thanksgiving Dinner, then celebrate 10 years of the Fantabulousity of the Great GUV!!!
Monday... just doing the typical after party wind down/ or wind up however you would like to call it :stongue:
Then say goodbye to our dear friends :( and begin the long boring life of a student again :sadgreen: |
