| Evolver/Revolver are the best from De Niro I would say... they still sound fairly decent for the time of release. I remember hearing one or the other at WEMF in 1998... I later threw one down into a Sunday morning Goa set at OM in 2001... have these tracks recieved modern updates in the form of remixes and tributes, I wonder? |

| Reminds me of the great days when Hook Records was churning out nothing but pure quality . That was one of my fave labels of all time. |

Okay, it's, like, 73 times better. :p
I like pretty much everying Chris Cowie has ever done, but seriously, Mind of Man kicks the pants out of anything else under DeNiro. |

I love Chris Cowies sound! Evolver and Mind of Man are pretty sick tracks!
But does anyone think that Evolver sounds a little like Floor Essence by Man With No Name? |

Hook was a very solid label. Always very consistant, and had a very 'underground' feel to it.
With artists like Chris Cowie and his various aliases, Transa and Christopher Lawrence. |
