my parents have been recieving complaints from our neighbors.obviously, its becuase of the noise my room is making...so anyone with knowledge or know-how on soundproofing share it here! this it would really help me.

Did you try turning down the Bass?
That's usually the culprit.
Sound proofing a room can get expensive when done right.
