Exactly my thoughts.

Go for a walk outside, especially now. Jump in your car and head to a conservation area/park. Pack a lunch. And TAKE A HIKE!!! Leave your cell in your car.

You'll come back relaxed, refreshed and a clear mind.

Oh, btw, serious answer now:

SLEEP

Everything looks better in the morning, and if it doens't, I just go back to sleep until it does.

and re: ironing my shirt, i just HATE when my shirt is all crinkled.

and at least I don't ask you to organize my shirts by colour making sure it goes red-orange-yellow-green-blue-purple, that does NOT cheer me up.

You had better not start pulling that bs, otherwise instead of ironing it i'm just goint to rub it all over my butt!

Such wise words! I always 'sleep on it' and make my decision of how to deal with it afterwards.

I dunno. I guess I'm one of the lucky people that never has problems falling asleep. I can be so stressed out that my heart will be racing and my hands trembling, but within 5 minutes of my head hitting the pillow, I am out.

I'm with you Dima. Not necessarily in stressful situations...but fallin asleep in general. I could be wide awake, having had like 12 hours of sleep the night before and if I'm say watching a movie and lay down...I'm out in a second.

I can fall asleep anywhere at any time. Ask my friend Liz, I fell asleep sat upright on the bleachers at the Grand Prix of Toronto qualifying!!!! For 20 mins!!!! Narcoleptic, I think.

Hahahahahaha I did this last night, got home at 7.30, chatted on the phone for an hour, put the tv on and BAM, out like a light. Woke at 10.30, thought to myself that I should stay awake or else I would be awake at 5am.. did I? No! Fast asleep only to be woken up at 7am this morning by my alarm!!!!!!!
