Last Night Drunken Malfunction

So this dude last night was out side my apartment in his car banging some crazy acid rock or some at 2 am in the parking lot. Normally I wouln't care but because it was a weekday and I had a test today I started to get pissed after 30 minutes of this. Then the guy started to sing. My windows and wall are super thin at my place so I can hear people talking outside (cheap rent). Anyway this continued for another 10 minutes or so and I yelled out the window this was pointless because he couldn't hear me anyway. After that my neighbors dog started barking. Then I decided to call the police and just have them come out and tell him to shut the up. The only reason I did this is because people are calling the cops on me when I dj to loud. So I give them taste of there own medicine. I think the person was from the apartment below me but I'm not exactly sure.
(While the popo were on the way) 5 minutes or so. They have nothing better to do anway.
So anyway this whole time he was down there blazing the music he had his car and his bright lights on for atleast 45 minutes shining in my shades (which don't do anyway).
(Cop shows up)
So a cop shows up hes still playing the music louder then hell (with his windows down) still singing out the windows. He was a very bad singer on top of it. The officer yells at him "TURN OFF THE MUSIC!" and he gets no response. The officer yells it again "TURN OFF THE MUSIC!" this time more agrevated and still no response. Then I think he calls for back up because he was the only one there at the time. When he yells his hes on the side of the car and finally the guy realizes the police are there. Then he replys "WHAT?". Then he gets all pissed off starts to argue with the officer. He said something like "What I do?" and started to fight with the officer. Then the officer pins his ass to the ground. I went to go get my camera but my batteries were dead.
(When I got Back)
They were giving him a field sobriety test. Then I'm like "o ". I didn't really think he was drunk but 1+1=2 (well atleast I think anyway). They explained him his test and he started to "walk the line" He was so toasted he looked like he was walking a tight rope with his hands. After all this they explained him his rights and I think they got him with drunk driving because in most states if your behind the wheel and the keys in the ignition your technically "operating the vehicle" (which they consider drunk driving. They also got him with disorderly conduct, disturbance for loud music. I think some other stuff not really sure but they arrested him. I felt kind of bad I just wanted him to stfu but then all this happend. True story.
Sorry for crappy typing and spelling/english.

It was probably one of the many times where you pretended to be listening, and then when I asked you a question related to what I just had said you said, "What? I'm sorry." :stongue: :stongue:

SUMMARY:
Ozoned12 trying to get to sleep, has test next morning. dude outside in car, playing music & singing. Ozoned12 calls the cops. dude gets arrested for drink driving. Ozoned12 wants to know if they should feel guilty or not.

| You were 100 % right dude. I had a similar story. Except that nobody called the police at first. The whole hood came out to kick his ass. We took his keys. The police took care of the car later:happy2: |
