I thought we were keeping this to MEts only? Wang's strategy is to let hitters pound the ball into the ground with his sinker. I too think that guys need to strike guys out to be effective over the course of their careers, but Wang has been effective ever since he got here. It's not b/c he doesn't have the stuff - He throws 95 mph. |

| Brandon Webb, one of the top Sinker ball pitchers int he majors, had 178 Ks this year. All I'm saying is that he's gonna have to start striking people out. The more balls get put into play, the more hits will start falling. |

F the Mets for having a STUPID lottery to buy WS tickets. Of course I'm only ranting because I just got an e-mail saying I wasn't picked but I planned on camping out like a real man and buying them. Whatever. Guess I'll have to wait 'til next year like the Cubs.
