I used this alooong time ago, if you like rotary mixers (like the allen and heath V6), you can get a decent one like this and for a lower price.

Those are ing awesome!

It's def. different than playing on a regular EQ mixer. With this you get a sharper sound with each channel and you control the gain/pitch a little different, i thought it was easier cuz the bassline was so clear, sometimes i felt i didn't even need to use my headphones.
Zild
Yeah I've pretty much convinced myself that I need a rotary mixer. EQs are optional as I won't really need them if I have a real rotary mixer.

It sounds fucking amazing, brings an astounding warmth and clarity to the music... it also feels bloody well made, the components are absolute quality. You've gotta play on one to understand I think.

Good one Packer.

Yes, the quality is undeniable. The thing is wether or not your a conformist and would give up on your EQ tricks and effects.

Although the MP2016 is often coupled with the XP2016 extension which houses 3 band EQs for each of the 6 channels and an assignable crossfader. I guess you could make smooth mixes without EQs but I'd much prefer to have them myself. All hail teh 2016.

furreal, if you've convinced yourself on a rotary mixer, go with the rane.
