| Why is there not some way to download or buy sets after dj's spin them? I've been to many concerts where they have a company that records the show and burns cd's for sale after the shows. Why don't dj's do this? I've seen some pretty sick shows this year at Avalon in Boston - Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, etc... I'd LOVE to get a copy of any of these. Anyone know what the deal is? |

In answer to your question about burning.
A DJ spins tunes by other people. Therefore there are copyright issues. A band performs theiur own tracks.
I should imagine that is probably the answer.

Didn't Sasha actually do that recently?
Of course his tracklist, or at least a set of tracks available to use had to be specially licensed previously, which I imagine would've limited his creativity a lot.. |
