Yeah that makes the deal much less expensive for Google.
I wasn't able to find for sure the total volume of Google shares but at todays market price each share is worth 429$
Based on potential trade volume of 7606719 shares ( I'm not sure if that's what the number means )
current google stock value is 3263282451 $
Based on the market debut of Google and it's stock volume of 19.6 Million shares at the time
current google stock value is 8408400000 $
yeah in either case they got money to spare :p
I am pretty sure I have the current stock volume way off and possibly way below the real amount. I know that during 2005 or so they put new shares on the market so I'm unable to know the actual figure. |

also the fact that youtube had over 50% marketshare and google started feeling the heat.. knowing google, they'll make something out of it and all of you will love it. |
