i woke up to it raining outside this morning and it's making me not want to do ANYTHING today, i just want to lie in bed and sleeeeeep.
does the weather ever change your mood? |

I don't think the symptoms of SAD exhibit themselves in just one day. It happens after long periods of low exposure to sunlight, and lack of vitamin D absorption. I can't remember exactly why vitamin D is important in affecting mood. But I know it helps the body absorb and use calcium...and I think that's something to do with it.

No but usually people who have SAD feel like pro is feeling a lot.
It doesnt have to be cloudy for a month to get symptoms of sad. |

of course it does.
when i wake up and it's a beautiful sunny day out, i tend to be in my "wow, it's such a beautiful sunny day!" mood.
when i wake up and it's rainging, i tend to be in my, ", it's raining, i wish i could stay in bed all day long" mood.

I can enjoy any given moment.......whether it be whilst rain, snow, sunshine, or your momma's vagina in my face. I can handle it! :)
but! I must admit.....during long periods of the frosty, insidious winter.........i slowly start to feel a dampered mood :( |
