actually, subletting is illegal here in Montreal, so technically UVM is right....if your landlord finds out he can evict you on the spot. |

The land lord will be happy that three peoples names are on the lease, it just means that he/she has a higher chance of getting the money. The Land Lord won't care who pays, as long as 'one' of you pays the rent. Good luck on chasing that money up from the Ex-roomy! |
