I feel all soppy this morning, the gloomy weather makes me reflective of life and how easy it is taken away from us, of time and how quickly it goes by and of nature and how we often see through it...

here are some of my pics from Moab Utah in Arches National Park.
Can you spot me? I had a blast rock climbing and bouldering here.
This one took me a 7km run before sunset (had to get in for the shot and back out before it got dark) at 3,500 ft above sea level with an elevation change of 600ft! (I was a little winded by the time I got back to the main road/my car)
