I'd say it might be more on the true side since NY pays the most $$$ in the world for DJ GIGS. :D |

Who said he had to be here at midnight? Didn't Oakey play here @ Avalon and again in Montreal last year, and they're in the same time zone. |

both cities have issued ads with the inference that he's going to be in their spot when the ball drops -- and the prices both are charging bear this out.
tiesto himself has done the two gig thing, but one was clearly labeled as taking place on new year's day |
