btw - this reminds of the time when my sis-in-law delivered my nephew two years ago...
One november evening...(nov. 8th)...my sis-in-law called me and my sis to tell us that she was experiencing massive pains (her water had not broke yet...) and really wanted to go to the hospital...
So we decided to bring her to the hospital...
On our way to the hospital...
-Her water broke in the car...and I was kind of panicking on the wheel...esp. when she said that the baby was going to come out...
-I didn't believe her until I heard a baby cry...we were just minutes away from the hospital...so many thoughts just flood in my head (i.e. is the baby and my sis-in-law okay...)
-No one believed me when I ran inside the emerge triage and told the nurses "my sis-in-law just delievered her baby in my car..."
Luckily my sis was there to help with the delivery...my nephew and my sis-in-law were fine :)
I'm glad I didn't crash into a pole on our way there...haha
I never thought I'd experience this event...but I'm glad I did...definitely life-changing :)
...had to take in the car the next day and explain the story to the cleaners when they asked about the gooey substance in the back seat... |

The mother and wee one are doing just fine and should be home sometime tomorrow.
