i don't think it's anywhere near as bad as it was a few years ago. i know when i first signed up w/ TA back in '03, the c0r seemed to do a lot more flaming [towards n00bz, esp]. it was kinda of disheartening at first. but you get used to it.
that, and i usually don't do anything to piss people off. heh. |

I used to always feel so sorry for the victim of the attacks, especially when like 8 or 12 of you were ganging up on someone all at once and I always felt like it was my duty to fight off the evil bullies. I don't know why. I would read threads and just think to myself, geez, give it a break. This person is so sweet and nice...totally doesn't deserve this abuse.
Jenny, what happened with Marie is hardly a good example of this. You criticized her excessively and blamed what happened that morning (evening?) on her. In the same thread, you finally conceded that Radagast was wrong for doing what he did despite the fact that she made a mistake by upping the pics/not protecting them (whatever, I don't remember). No one attacked you. Your position was found lacking, flawed. And you admitted that.

Actually that's not the thread I was referring to. It was ONE comment I made in a totally different thread, and Slylee and somebody else jumped all over it. But that doesn't surprise me at all now. Slylee's always attacked me, as long as I've been here. Meh. |
