what i described won't fit your needs then. For oven baked legs, still rub the chicken up with spices/salt what-not. Then put the onions all over the legs and lign it all up in the container you'll insert into the oven (i dunno what that's called). A good idea is to cut up potatoes and stick the slices between the legs, so you'll get nice cooked potatoes with your meat. I also like putting a layer of mayonayse (don't ask) over the legs. Adds flavor. Once the legs are almost done in the oven, take the whole thing out and sprinkle the legs with shredded cheese. Then put it all back into the oven for like 2 mins, jsut enough for the cheese to melt. It's pretty good that way, you get these cheese-baked legs mmmhmmmm |

beat an egg, and get a bowl of breadcrumbs, some herbs & spices of your choice. cover the chicken in a thin layer of oil, brush egg on then dip into the crumbs to seal them. Bake them in the oven until when you stab then with a knife or fork it comes out clean. good herbs include sage imo |

Srly man, try this: CHIP-A-CHICKEN!!
1. crack egg & wip a little in bowl.
2. Get a bag of samboy salt & vinegar chips & crush them, then put into another bowl.
3. Dip Drumstick in egg, then cover (Crumb) chicken with crushed chips
4. Put in oven for 45 mins
5. eat en yum!
They must be salt & vinegar ribbed chips though |

good luck. I Poach chicken breasts at least once a week, just cut a pocket in them, fill with herbs then wrap in clingfilm & boil for 25 minutes in water. the clingfilm helps steam the meat to melt-in the mouth point while keeping the herbs from swimming :) |

recipe's suck as a rule, it's no fun to keep following them, just get a basic idea & improvise. I never would've thought about mixing chocolate and turkey slices if I'd have kept reading those books :( |
