Hah, I came to pm Tathi and then, after pulling a David Dresden, I found this thread :D

I've always taken these breaks, ever since I joined (4 years ago), and even back in the time when I was a mod. Those were the times I used to focus more on my studies. I've always liked Linguistics and Buddhism, and once I got into university, things only got worse :D
I'm preparing some articles (my posts were long enough anyway :D), writing a book (on Japanese Grammar), and I'm embracing my academic life more fully as time passes by.
That means most of my on-line time now is spent with my studies, and it's getting more serious. Therefore, I might not be back around January, as my Psy-T and my sig say. Not that I don't like it here, quite the contrary, but I've got to focus on my goals.
I miss you guys, but there's a world I want to take over :thepirate |
