| I do have respect for Armin and I think that he has done well for himself. The thing is, he is doing exactly what Tiesto did; Touring all over the world, doing an "Armin Only" night which is almost exactly like "Tiesto in Concert". He has managed to rise to the stardom and popularity level that Tiesto did which is why he will be #1. |

A year back everyone was loving Armin, and now he's not good anymore cause he gained more popularity and respect?

Not at all, you knew this was bound to happen eventually.
I think ppl don't want to see him #1 on here due to the fact that they don't follow/like trance any longer and would like to see someone else other than the regular DJ's that are always in the top 3. Let's face it, for the last 4-5 years the top 3 in any given order have been Armin, Tiesto and PvD. And if you look at who the people on this forum have voted for you will see very few of either one of those 3 names in their top 5. (excluding Elfy, cuz he is trance trance trance :p)
I suppose it just goes to show that trance is still the most listened style of EDM if they are all still getting the top votes. |
