What are referrals?
The administrator may have enabled referrals, which allows you to be credited for any new users you invite to the forum.
You gain referrals by promoting tranceaddict Forums using your unique referral link. The link you should use as a referral link is this:
http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...eferrerid=36999
Each time someone follows this link to tranceaddict Forums and registers as a new member, your referral count will be incremented by one. The number of referrals you have can be viewed in your profile.
You administrator will have more information on any prizes or rewards that may be given out for referrals. Please be courteous when promoting tranceaddict Forums by NOT spamming other web sites with your referral link just to gain referrals. |

So basically the drill is whenever a new user signup they can put your name in there cause you told them about the site or something.
I got a couple referrals :)
I spread the good TA word around but I basically don't get any credit for it apart from the few referrals |

Well, I finally fully-understand Referrals now. :)
I was given one on the EmuParadise forums once. They're basically rewards (or some kind of credit) for helping people out, aren't they? |
