hey
have you tried using craigslist? you'll definitely get more responses there than on TA.
as for the game...rangers played with their head up their asses (multiple penalties, leaving lundqvist to fend for himself many times) just to be bailed out by stellar goaltending by lundqvist just like most of last season! :gsmile: |

| Aww, I didn't see this post yesterday, otherwise I probably would've taken them. I used to be a big Devils fan years back. I still have to catch a Rangers/Devils game at MSG. I remember them getting very rowdy at the Meadowlands! |

yeah but i knew about it so late that i didn't bother, plus they were my firends tickets anyway.....
the rangers played a good game, too bad the devils couldn't capitalize on the 7 power plays!
i'm going to 7 devil-ranger games this season, and the last regular game the devils are ever going to play at continental |

for once i am happy with the devils offense this year. travis zajac (sp?) will provide them with options for a balanced scoring attack. it's the defense that worries me this year. they are still in a transition phase after losing stevens and nidermayer. plus they have just enough people signed under the cap this year. if someone gets hurt long term they may be in trouble. i dont think hale and one of the other d men played night because of injury.
that being said they played ok except for that span in the second where they got scored on twice. last season's series started out this way and we all know what happened by the end of the season and then in the playoffs. :D
so no worries for now. |
