We've original mix for any track
So when any other producer makes his work on it
we see the following:
his mix , remix ,edit & rework
wat the diff. bet the 4 works

Well Mix is usually just a Remix with a name like
(Andy Moor's First Light Mix)
or it can be used to refer to different versions of the song, by the artist
Original Mix, Dub Mix, Vocal Mix, ABCD's Breaks Mix, Extended Mix, and so forth
or different versions by the original artists if its a collaboration
Remix is usually done by another artist (or an alias of the original artist)
Edit and Rework i think is just the original song except arranged a bit differently, or with sections cut out (an Intro Edit for example)

Usually denotes that the track is a work by the producer listed.
Remix:
Usually denotes that the track is newly done by another artist using similar melodies/etc.
Edit:
Usually denotes that the track is shortened for radio stations.
Rework:
Just another compilation of the song; it perhaps does not use production software, but its chopped up (sometimes). |

Remix Part 2:
Remixed for use in differnt enviroments from the original elecemtns, for instance with the bass higher for use in nightclubs. |
