i live in boulder which is likely why ive never been arrested. weed cant really get you arrested here unless you are selling and dumb| |

yeaaa.
we were waiting for these 4 or 5 cop cars to roll by. They did. But they saw that we didn't get out of the car, when we parked. We couldn't, because they'de see our hotbox. SO, we chilld for a sec. Then they came back, shined the flashlamp at us, we wolled the windows down, and the cloud emptied out.
"oh yea fellas, definately."
of course we got searched, car searched front and back. All they found were empty baggies, blunt guts, roaches, residues, but everything related to pot, and we werent dealers. They saw that we were just some college kids smokin before going to a hookah bar right next door.
these cops, let us go without even a ticket, and even left everything in the car. I had half a blunt when we i put it out. They left even that, they didnt care!! |

| 2 times. Once for Battery (defending a friend). 2nd was for missing court for the battery arrest. 2nd time i was rolling & had 2 pills in my pocket that were never found. i got lucky. But never seen a jail cell. Both times my bail was there b4 they were done processing me. |

| I back in middle school (awhile ago) I got arrested for threatning someone via letter lol. I went to juvie for the weekend. It was actually pretty fun. |

| Unfortunately yes! December 23rd 2004. I parked my car right next to my friends car to drop him off....during this 25 second period, a cop decided to park behind me and shine his light....asking us what we were doing. Long story short....I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Had a bunch of drugs for NYE and went to jail for it. Just had my court date 2 weeks ago. I was on 2 years probation and had to take drug rehab classes for 6 months and also pay a bunch of fees including bail and lawyer......This was a felony charge because it wasn’t my first drug offense. Thank god my case got dismissed. |

| ive been cuffed, interrogated, searched several times (once in public by an undercover next to penn station in broad daylight) and had my car completely tossed by 4 officers...but have never been charged, i suppose someone somewhere likes me |

no but lots of close calls.
closest three:
sitting in a car in the parking lot of kid's kingdom in edgewater, nj on new years eve. police choppers scanning the river with searchlights. i tell my friends to duck down when the lights hit us.
we do. not 5 mins later cops pull up behind us. they search the car, and even look in the armrest in which there was at least an ounce of weed. they had to have seen it. but they didnt say anything.

first - who threatens someone with a letter?
second - you don't go to juvi for something like that
third - there is nothing fun about getting locked up... |
