View this Thread in Original format jey hi, what type of vst delay would pan a crash from left to right as it fades away??? you would hear it in most trance tracks.... farris Isn't that just your regular ping-pong delay? Most delays should have that option. Have a look at the free Classic Delay from Kjaerhus: http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/classic-delay.php - farris thoughtlessjex Hell, most internal delay plugins can do that, I'd think. Simple ping-pong delay. It tends to abbreviated as PP, Ping or Pong. Look for it on your delay unit of choice, and if it's not there, throw that unit out and get the Kjaerhus plugin, at least. jey mostly use cubase double delay, but have waves super tap, it has a preset for ping pong delay.... super tap seemed complex to me so never really use it.... the thing that gets me with it is when u set it for a long delay and then when hitting play it misses the first few notes b4 it starts to delay the sound!! couldnt correct that so never used it!! ideas?? thanks, j Centra Spike Look for an option like plugin delay compensation maybe. jey quote: Originally posted by Centra Spike Look for an option like plugin delay compensation maybe. that free delay plugin is great...thanks.... have heard about delay compensation, in cubase theres a button that i think is ment to do that "top left of program" but found it never worked, im for sure doin something wrong! not at my pc to look, ill do a search on that and if all else fails ill ask the peeps on here....thanks, j Emperor ping pong goies from side to side....he said pans as it fades away....like a delay on the left and as it fades goes over to the right.
