This is an interesting piece. It is very short for a chillout track, and I recommend elaborating on the ideas a bit to make the ending less ackwards. The bass drum had a good tail to it that almost sounded distorted on these phones (not in the clipping way). The pads were rather spacey, and at other times very unique.
The effects and slow leads were a definate plus, and in spite of their analog character, spice up the mix well. However, just work on elaborating upon your ideas and lengthening the track so that you can have more room to conclude with.
