yep...I'm never driving high ever again!!! I can't believe we were laughing so hard when I missed the entrance of the pub...and ended up driving around a retirement home nearby...:wtf: |

So my review + explanantion why I was there so late:
I was coming from the CN Tower climb, where before climbing we had to wait in line for 2 hours! :whip: So by 9:30 I was only just out of the tower instead of the planned 7:30. For anyone interested, I climbed 1776 stairs in 26:02. It was actually REALLY FUN. I encourage all of you to participate next year in the public climb. It's a good test of character, endurance, and determination. Next year I'm hoping to do it in under 20 minutes.
So after that I went to Katie's house to pick her up. On the way there, I stop at an intersection, and I see this guy walking down the street, so I decide to ask this old guy passing by how far Downsview is from where I was. So I gangsta lean, and I shout "YO!" to get his attention. He walks by, completely ignoring me, and GROWLING LIKE A DOG TO HIMSELF. :nervous: I'm not even exxagerating - he wasn't like muttering to himself or anything, it sounded just like an angry dog growling. :nervous:
So after we leave from Katie's to go to London Pub, almost before making us, Mapquest s us over with one of their steps in the directions i printed off that's described simply as "TURN LEFT". Doesn't say where or onto what. Just "turn left". So we get lost, and after calling you guys eventually find our way to the pub at 11:45. I was extremely dissapointed that I missed Kris and other who left early because of the damn line, but oh well - I caught the best parts it seems.
You all were really fun. It was so awesome how everyone was just getting along and having fun together. Crazy times in the parking lot afterparty too - after the last group of people left London Pub, we moved to the Blockbuster parking lot right across the street, parked our cars, cranked the stereo, and just enjoyed the rest of the night. Best part was apparently a fight broke out at London Pub after we left, so like 3 cop cars come there, all the while the 6 of us are just across the street drunk off our asses with music going. I am so glad they decided not to bother us.
I'm not going to say any more other than I finally got home at 4am. The pictures and videos speak for themselves. :D |
