Tracks "stolen" from TA!

I just found these 2 sites when i was searching for my own name on google.. I found several tracks made by ta's there, inclusive myself. It seems like they just put it up with the download link we have posted in our threads..
I guess its not illegal, but i think that they could ask before they put it at their sites.. and i guess these two sites is not the only one :(
I want more control over where my music is available...

i dont mind so much as long my name is in there somewhere, just means free publicity, when they start renaming tracks and releasing them as their own, then things get a bit nasty ya know?
edit:
i said the same thing about that romanian site in the dj promotion area but its pretty harmless, just kinda mirrors TAs production/promotion areas |

Ive seen a few sites offering my tracks for download that ive put up for free on various forums - espeically the artist album i put up...i dont really mind that..
what i dont agree with is the Torrent download sites ive found with my song that was released on Aurora Digital recently available for free! :mad: |

| That's funny. I could get mad, but hey, publicity is publicity. It'd be nice for them to host the tracks off their own space instead of taking the links, but I'm sure that TA generates more traffic than those sites do. |

| this is the internet dude .. it happend to you .. me .. any producer out there :) just found "cairo nights" in TT tracks and my comment was looool :D no one can stop this .. and the best thing that these tracks aren't signed so this is more publicity as said b4 :) |

Of course, but still if its a member here who does this, it would be nice of him to ask first.. that isnt so hard and i wouldnt say no.
I know that its my own fault because it was i putting it on the net from the beggining, and there is no really harm done as long they write the full title and artist name.. and about that "extra publicity" it gets, i want to choose and know where too get my publicity.
I guess its cool as long they dont make any money from it... |

promoting your name on the internet is the deal. As long as your "not signed" song is rolling the internet with your name then is quite alright to me, dont even ask me permission just roll it out who knows where.
Now if the track is signed and people are downloading it free somewhere else then maybe something else can happen, but hey, WE CAN DO NOTHING. :haha:
