And waste the same time in the courts as the $1 suing cases.

putting someone in their rightful place is not a waste of time. Especially in that case. If there is no one to challenge an abuse of power then where will that leave us?

I was pissed at the fact that it happend at my job. I think it is completely rude that you wouldn't take it somewhere else but then to have a cop show up too. It looks as if I had actually done something wrong. I was ing pissed. The cop got the end of that stick when I started freaking out on him. I am surprised the cop didn't do anything tbh.. lol

hahahah, nah not really.
But once this all went down, I wished I had been right up his ass with my car. Then he would know what "tailgating" really was! :p

The cop that showed up at my office for my halfassed apology to the judge did say he was sorry afterwards. He didn't want to be there as much as I didn't want him there and he said he was just "doing his job". So at least he had some respect for the fact that I was at work.

but the cop isnt the villain here. I would have asked the cop about the possiblity of charging him with harassment. Even if i wasnt going to id want the cop to pass the message along to this guy that no matter who he thinks he is, hes still subject to that charge at that point.

What good was sending a cop anyways? You cant just charge someone for a traffic violation. Imagine the chaos if private citizens did that daily?

Total abuse of power there, Jen. WTF! Can any of us call the cops to demand apologies from people we claim tailgaited us or looked at us funny, when there's no proof???

At the Queenston-Lewiston border crossing the other day, psycho CDN immigration officer called up the next woman in line, who was holding a cup of coffee. He then said to her "Oh, I'm sorry- you're still working on your coffee. Let me know when you're done". She just looked at him in confusion, then tried to state what she was there for when he cut her off again- "No really, go finish your coffee, and let me know when you're ready". I couldn't believe this guy was being THAT uptight that she had a coffee with her. Again, she still didn't 'get it' and tried to speak again, and once again he says "No really- go sit down & finish your coffee and when you're ready let me know". So, lady comes back and sits down, does nothing, still holding the coffee (ok either there's a language barrier, or she's THAT stupid not to get his point). I leaned over to her and said 'listen lady, you'd better drink that coffee fast or get rid of it, cuz he's not gonna help you til you do", and at the same time the other psycho immigration woman on duty tells her "He's telling you to get rid of that coffee". Finally, she goes outside w/the coffee. In the meantime, another guy comes in, completely unaware, and the goes to help him, and upon his arrival to the desk, he asks him: "Did you bring any coffee or breakfast with you today?" to which the guy answered 'no'.
My beef with this is that no where on the walls or door did it state 'no food or drink'- just 'turn off cell phones'. So where does this dick get off thinking he's a judge and this is his courtroom???
