Saving .Mp3 Files In Ableton Live?

if i created a little something in ableton, how do i save it as .mp3?

| it only mixes down in aiff or wav. you'll need to save as wav and convert |

put it in arrange, set loop markers to beginning and end, then File->Render To Disk

if you want to mix the whole thing down, go to arrange view (tab) hit ctrl + A and select file -> render to disk. if you want just a section, highlight that section, if you want just 1 instrument, look in the render to disk options and select.
