iio to perform Rapture live at Guv March 23rd

Nothing important or extremely exciting here, but I thought I would mention it anywaze.
I was at Guvernment this past saturday (16th)(Don't ask), and they mentioned three times over the course of the night that iio was going to be here this saturday to perform "Rapture".. which we obviously all know! Just thought I would let all you iio fans in on the "secret".. lol. :p :eyes: :p

Anyhow.. they are coming JUST to perform "Rapture".. or is anything else included in this deal? Just curious.. I am not considering going, though I used to be nuts about this song |

ditto!!! Besides..... I've never heard any other songs from them, and I'm almost positive that they're gonna sing the cheesy house version of their song. So who really cares?? although I did hear that the singer is a cutie!!:toothless |

haha. Well for one, Im not showing off anything.. and 2nd Im a girl.
I was just simply informing people just in case they were interested. I don't know if any of you noticed by the way I was talking, but I think it's rather stupid their coming just to perform one song anywaze.. I'm not even going!. They must be in the area or something.

| Yeah, iio's doing this partymania thing at the docks on friday, so they'll be in town. But what are they gonna play? The original mix is crap... she should have come with a good producer who could have dj'ed too... like deep dish or armin or creamer... |

I saw Rapture performed live at Gatecrasher last September and it was wicked so you should all go! Don't worry though coz it wont necessarily be over the original mix. Nadia sang on top of the Riva mix when I heard it and it was just perfect (and also they were a surprise from the GC crew, so nobody knew they'd be there). The track was really starting to take off over here around that time so as you can imagine, everybody went wild and was singing along with Nadia :)
It was really good but short, but I imagine they've been working on new tracks since then as Rapture got so big, so maybe you guys will get to hear some new stuff?
Nadia is indeed pretty fit by the way :) |

yeah stylez you are right... The singer used to model for Versace. I heard it was through modelling that she got introduced to people from the music industry and next thing you know her demo track turns into a hit. |

I agree with you. I am pretty sure iio will be performing more that just Rapture and I am looking forward to seeing them perform live. It will be different and they may be better than what most people expect.
However, the original mix does kinda suck .. I like the Deep Dish mix the best. |

Oh well... I guess I won't be hitting this one... why? Cuz I've heard the "Rapture" too many freaking times, and it just won't make much difference if I hear it live this one more time.
If they brough Deep Dish along, now that would be a different story... |
