the best place is the back of the docks where there's room to dance. It get rammed at the front. No room to dance or breath.
I hope its nice out. I love chilling out on the patio as well. Who knows w/ the weather this year. Hopefully its nice. I remember the Tiesto concert in May was freaking cold. Especially when we left. Holy crap. |

the only problem with the back is that you'll notice a drastic difference in sound quality...noticed this back in May...not enough bass in the back and the speakers aren't built to handle the highs...signals actually started breaking up at times and the speakers were distorting...as soon as I convinced my friends to move to the front with me they noticed a huge difference in the way things sounded... |

that's true. If youre near the front or even in the middle of the dancefloor at the Docks, it's an amazing system. It certainly was during Tiesto's set there two years ago. June 2005 less so but that wasn't his fault. But the initial crammedness for the first hour or two of Tiesto's sets are absolutely UNBEARABLE to be at the front, especially if need to stay cool, etc. So I typically wait until the last hour or two of his sets before I push my way in there. |
