Hehe..yeah I know. I've got my sister telling me what to do, which also makes it a lot more appealing. I love being related to a personal trainer...cause I don't have to pay for her services...and she's in pretty high demand too!

I could never step foot in a gym...it's just not my bag. So my sis designed a plan for me that I can do at home, all body weight exercises. I'm gonna start tomorrow...can't wait! |

i'm the opposite. i need to get dressed up in cool gym clothes and get my headphones on and head to a big establishment with freeweights and a sauna and steam room...i love gyms. i dont have the motivation or discipline to work out at home. i'd rather sit on my ass and drink wine and watch tv or sit on the net. lol |

Hahaha! Well the good thing is that if I DO decide I want to take my work-outs to the next level, a gym pass at my school is only 20 bucks a semester. It's all brand new and state of the art...all new equipment, a sauna, hot tub, basketball court, etc. Pretty ing sweet! |
