Visiting australia for 3 weeks in dec-jan!... from NYC

whats up people
Coming down under from dec 18- jan 12. I haven't really decided what I'm going to do yet, But I know for sure I will be staying in Sydney from Dec 20- ~Jan2, then heading up to Cairns, and other places.
Anything going on in the trance scene around these dates?? I want to see how you aussies get down...also, how is the overall club scene.. hip hop lounges, etc...

| i'm not gonna try anything funny w/ em... or anything else for that matter. in NY, you're pretty much safe from a lot of stuff(that occurs in nature), but I realized that out there, I could easily die from a TON of stuff... or get punched in the face by a kangaroo :nervous: |

Good luck getting a ticket though... im sure you can buy them from scalpers for ridiculous prices on Ebay. |

How's Gas? Tried to go on their website, but it seems to be down at the moment. Looking at past events, they've brought in talent I'm familiar with and enjoy... anyone know who they'll be having in mid to late dec?
I'll keep trying their website for more info...also, how good is this site for listing venues? I'm into hip hop, trance, electro... stufff like that.
