What was going on this weekend in Miami?

Man, I had a job to do in Miami and I stayed in the Howard Johnsons on Biscayne, right across the street from the Cirque du Soliel tent and when I went to the job site at about 6 am the joint was thumping. Right under the little train. I heard it all night and people were still gathering in the AM. I thought the big thing was next week. Oh well.
