although it is just a msg board, things can be said and are said that are uncalled for sometimes and just cuz it is online doesn't mean ones feelings cannot be hurt by it. Everyone is still human whether you are behind a computer or not.
It happens a lot more on these boards these days then in the past and if you seriously have a problem with someone, tell them to their face and do exactly what Nat said and put them on ignore. Don't insult and put ppl down on a public forum and have some respect. (RJ where is your "RESPECT" thread?? :))
Dallas is a sweetheart and yes sometimes her posts may be out there and random but .. random is GOOD :)
Everyone else can post random threads or thoughts, so why should she be singled out in the world of TA? She shouldn't!

hmm true but to actually put mean in text for all to see and be archived???? that is a little different than calling someone a dick to their face or forgetting to say/do something you promised, don't you think? |

this is not just a message board like any other. we pretty much all know each other in person and some of us have become like family.
this kind of public verbal massacre, no matter what beef you have with some person on here, is uncalled for and completely unacceptable.
it's been a long time coming before the TA Godmother had to set the record straight again. pathetic. |

| That people would be mean to someone like is being claimed here saddens me. It'd be one thing if this was an online only community but it isn't, many of you know each other personally. And even if you know her and still don't like her that's no excuse to publicly try to humiliate her by putting her down in front of everyone else. I'd expect that sort of behaviour on some of the paintball forums I go to, they're populated by mostly teenage boys, I thought this forum had more mature members. |
