oh come on admit tiesto has done for trance, and how cares if he made it commercial ... turn off your radio and you wont know the difference ... wait a few years the second Marco V has a chance to drop something on the radio and make a few grand I bet he would. anyone who would, you think they really give a about commercializing ... everyone wants a bigass paycheque, and if it means making it commercial they dont will do.
Stop dreaming about the days when trance was underground. As long as tiesto, avb, oakenfold and a bunch of DJ (which I am sure you will say all suck the joint out) keep releasing trax on the radio trance will turn more and more commerical |

it is the way Tiesto has commercialized it....not the fact it is played on the radio.....I would like to see more EDM played on the radio and I have no issue with DJs making good money for what they do.....its the Superstar DJ attitudes that have come along with it that I dislike......I actually enjoy Tiesto....just not at clubs....remember....the majority of the Tiesto crowd in Toronto will drop him in a second when it is no longer cool to listen to trance. |
