Sander was crazy at Aria last saturday.
Steve Porter who played with him played very good after Sander set.
And oh God, we all know it was not easy to play after Sander.
The people were really cool also. |

First time at Aria this weekend. Great place you guys have there, I'm jealous! I'll make it easier, I have zero complaints about the evening or the venue. The backstage with the glass is a great idea for those that like to see what's going on in the DJ booth and watch them do there magic. Not to mention a great place to relax a little, music is not so loud but you're not out of the room. Luc Raymond was playing hard which I love, Sander came on and continued on. Steve Porter rocked it too!
I've never stayed out that late before! Here in Toronto most places shut down in between 5-7. I left Aria at 9:30 only to go home and stay up all day. Yes I didn't sleep on Saturday night. I went up to visit friends for St. Patty's day. They didn't come with me so they were up when I got home and ready to hit the streets for the Parade (with beer IN HAND .. oh how I love Montreal) then to the Peel Pub for green beer!
Saturday & Sunday = 1 loooooong day.
Can't wait to go back!
btw - This could be a long shot, but why not. Anyone know a guy named Hassan? I'd say about 5'8 or so, short dark hair, lives in Montreal going to school (not sure where)? Was at Aria for Sander too. |

Nice night i had good time. Sander was great i wasn't excpecting that much from him especially at the end of his set.
But that ing gold winged amnel i was gonna hit him in the balls.

I enjoyed Sander's set a lot. Fantastic from start to finish.
So much so, I was wondering if anyone who was there may have a tracklisting, or at least help with a track id. I'm not sure how much of the music he played is on the EssentialMix album 'cuz I haven't picked it up yet. Click here to post your reply in the "track request" thread.
